Who is your construction advocate?

We’ve worked on too many projects where we are repairing lasting damage from a disaster that was not properly repaired. That’s why we want you to have an advocate on your side when disaster strikes. When we inspect your home, we bring the proper tools to find unseen damage, like water meters to ensure that walls, grout and appliances are not compromised, that windows don’t leak, and that baseboards aren’t damaged. After storms, we check under your roof shingles for signs of “bruising” or other damage not apparent to the naked eye. And we’ve learned from experience that odor from a winter fire can return in the summer when humidity rises, so we inspect walls, ceilings, and other contained spaces carefully for odors that might return when the weather changes.
